Halliwick Swimming Groups

Every Thursday evening the Therapist along with some parents bring children swimming to the Auburn Lodge in Ennis. The children really enjoy this swimming as its a break from work.  The therapist use the Halliwick swimming method which means that no floating devices are used in the water. The Halliwick concept was developed to teach people to swim and become independent in water with an emphasis on happiness and safety

The sky is the limit for us - 100 marathons for 100 children

The Dublin City marathon is slowly approaching we have runners and walkers taking part. At the moment we have 85 people signed to up to wear orange this year. From all in the clinic we would like to thank you all so much for your support and hope the training is going well.

Below is the runners website have a look and see how training is going for them.
