Walking Group

Hi All its that time of year again, where everybody wants to get fit. Well we are looking for a group of people interested in walking with us, to help fundraise for the Clinic. We have set a few targets to keep ourselves motivated starting with for the Pakie Ryan memorial Run in March, then the Great limerick run and then onto Dublin. Anyone interested we will be meeting up on Mondays and Wednesday at Lynchs Centra on the Gort Road at 7.30 shape. Come along and bring your friends, everybody is starting off at the same level.
